My philosophy:
I believe the role as your Realtor is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction.

Comprehensive knowledge of the area:
Being a resident of the area, I know the local communities very well and I have extensive real estate experience. This in-depth knowledge of the area and the real estate market can help you make the most informed decisions.

Experience that matters:
I worked over 20 years in the residential and commercial construction industry. Starting as a laborer, then framer, working myself up through the ranks to become a cabinetmaker and finally a construction superintendant. In 1989 I became a Texas State licensed structural & mechanical residential inspector and two years later, a licensed REALTOR®.

I've relocated my family many times from state to state following job opportunities. I understand the stress of a big move and how it affects family members.

A wide variety of continuing training helps me deliver high quality services to my customers and clients. I've earned multiple
